Accommodation
Blocks of rooms were reserved for ESSE participants at the hotels listed below. Many of these have now been used up. However, even if you are told by an Internet booking engine that a hotel is full it is quite likely that they still have some rooms available for people who contact them directly, preferably by telephone. If you mention ESSE Conference / University of Aarhus, together with the booking code (where applicable), it is possible that you will still be offered a discount.
All bookings are the responsibility of the individual participants, and payments must be made directly to the hotel.
All of the hotels are within easy reach of the northern part of the University campus, where the conference will take place (approximate travel times by frequent city bus are shown, although walking is likely to be a pleasant alternative).
